Return Policy and Replacements

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by SheetMusicCafe within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 15 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Shipping

Holiday Shipping:
Most orders placed by Friday, December 16th within the USA should arrive in time for Christmas with Priority Mail shipping. However, to guarantee delivery by December 24th, please follow these guidelines:

• Monday, December 19th – You Must Select AT LEAST USPS 3 Day Select Shipping
• Tuesday, December 20th – You Must Select AT LEAST USPS 2nd Day Air
• Wednesday, December 21st – You Must Select USPS Express Mail

We ship all domestic orders via your choice of USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 
You will be able to select the shipping method in the checkout.

• $25.00 – $49.99 – add $4.95
• $50.00 – $99.99 – add $5.95
• $100 – $150 – add $6.95
• $150.01 – $199.99 – add $7.95
• over $200 – add $8.95

Priority Mail shipping rates (3 to 5 days)
Shipping rates are based on the total amount of merchandise:

• $0.00 – $24.99 – add $5.95
• $25.00 – $49.99 – add $7.95
• $50.00 – $99.99 – add $9.95
• $100 – $150 – add $10.95
• $150.01 – $199.99 – add $11.95
• over $200 – add $12.95

International Shipping:
We ship all International packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on your location, some or all of these options may be available:

• USPS Express Mail International – 3-5 Business Days
• USPS Priority Mail International – 6-10 Business Days
• USPS First-Class Mail International – 2-4 Weeks
